Zhiling Guo 郭直灵

Dept. of Building Environment and Energy Engineering, PolyU

Dr. Zhiling Guo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Building Environment and Energy Engineering (BEEE) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research focuses on Embodied Intelligence in Energy Systems: how energy dynamics and physical constraints shape intelligent perception and decision-making, and how closed-loop physical actions enable energy systems to adapt autonomously. Building on his background in spatiotemporal data analytics, GeoAI and remote sensing, he studies the Energy–Information–Action loop across urban solar–storage systems, data-center energy, and climate-resilient energy networks.
